Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bychloepets@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.
